Never miss a good chance to shut up. If you’re riding ahead of the herd, take a look now and again to make sure it’s still there. Never kick a cow chip on a hot day …( from Will Rogers,1935) ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………… Page 4 RYE – TWO More Students to Place – Please! Rotary Youth Exchange - Inbound Hosting 2014 - One student left to place. Thanks to the support of Rotary clubs, especially those in Christchurch, we have TWO students left to place from January 2014. Luciana Bonsenso Veneziano is a Brazilian girl from Piracicaba in the state of Sao Paulo. She has just turned 16, lives at home with Mum (Dad deceased) and has a 24 year old brother and 22 year old sister (both previous RYE students but not in 9970). 10 years of English study would suggest she will get on quite well from day one here. Now also have a girl from Brazil, and time is desperately short to get the paperwork done for this, so need to hear from Clubs urgently ! 18/10/2013 If there are any clubs who would like to look after these young ladies, or require more information, please ring 03 548 4860 or email murray@butler.net.nz and I can send you more information about her. We have had mostly wonderful students from Brazil. Can you help please? - would prefer a club not in the Nelson urban Area Regards from Murray BUTLER Rotary District D9970 District Youth Exchange Chairman - Rotary Club of Nelson West 37 The Cliffs Britannia Heights, Nelson
