RYE : A plea from Murray Butler: The District Committee is in need of four Clubs to host students from this July. I would like to think that some Christchurch area clubs would consider that they are able to assist us with this hosting. Hosting a student can be a very rewarding experience for all concerned and I urge you all to think about the programme. We have some very experienced people in the District that are able to assist in all aspects of the year. PLEASE give this request your urgent attention. Feel free to call me (3 548 4860 or 027 445 9191) or email (rye.chair@rotary9970.org.nz
) if you have any questions. DISTRICT NEWS : Murray Compton of the Riccarton Rotary Club has been selelected to be our District Governor appointment for the 2015-2016 year. ( Editor did his early accounting training with Murray in Christchurch some 50 years back ! )
